Thoughts about everything & anything for my subscribers to talk about—totally among ourselves! Today’s chat topic: The Interview with Marjorie Taylor Green
My dear, too much trouble. Marjorie Taylor Green is not worth noticing, much less chatting over. Twitter will not die unless Musk takes if off line: It serves a function a Town Square in which everyone can say everything everywhere all at once all the time and we all feel less alone.
Love the EEAAO Twitter reference. But don’t agree about MJT not being dangerous. Remember that at one time we were saying that about Trump. But actually, my comment is not about MJT so much as about what passes for “journalism” today. That interview likely solidified support for her. And thanks for commenting!
Many hours later. There is nothing to be done by directly talking about or to Greene. One has to go above her: fight gerrymandering successfully (which is what her election is the result of); make house rules actually effective; things like that. Make the FCC work again. She herself and anyone fooled or transactionally for her cannot be dealt with directly; they couldn't give a shit (excuse the expression).

Yes, I agree. So no more sucky interviews with her, right?
I could not watch it -- if only thinking to myself what Leslie Stahl was when she first arrived on screen.
